How to use the Conveyorised Metal Detector

The metal detector has 2 control units, the first is a stainless-steel enclosed inverter control panel which controls the start and stops functions and the speed of the conveyor belt and supplies the power to the metal detector head.

The second is built into the metal detector head unit and is easy to operate with an LCD touchscreen display that enables the user to program in multiple products and control all the functions available within the head unit itself

Our conveyorised metal detector comes with a robust, stainless steel rectangular head that scans products that are passed through the aperture via the conveyor belt. It identifies metal contaminants – be it iron, copper, stainless steel, gold or silver – and sections them off.

For added convenience, we offer an all-in-one detection solution, combined with an integrated stainless steel washdown conveyor system that ensures hygienic standards are met and exceeded.
